May 2026: The HomeBody Program

Here's what we're doing in The Rehydrate Fascia Group...
Starting in May, I'm going to work with a small group of people carrying chronic stiffness and tension, who are ready to feel fluid and free in their body again.
First, we'll rehydrate your fascia. We'll restore the fluid quality your connective tissue has lost — so your body stops snapping back to the same tight patterns no matter how much you stretch or release.
Next, we'll rebuild easeful movement. Together, we'll work with your tissue — not force it — so movement starts to feel smooth, natural, and effortless again rather than something you have to manage every day.
Then, you'll have a body that moves freely. Stiffness stops being your baseline. You wake up without that dense, compressed feeling. Your body feels more alive — and less like something you're constantly working around.
(and that's just your first 30 days)
We kick off the first week of May, and I'm choosing people this week.
This doc shows you how it works, who it's for, and what we're going to do together.
So have a read, and apply with the link at the bottom.

I'm going to work with a handful of people carrying tension and feeling out of balance, who are ready to feel at home in their body in 2026.
Here's what we're doing...
Our goal is simple: To get you feeling at home in your body (without it being a full time job to manage it)...
Regulation every day.
Building physical stability every week, and
A body that moves freely for the life you want to live.
Energy. Capacity. And lots of Freedom.
I’ve built my work and life around embodiment — barefoot on the earth, meditative living, and a body I can trust.
We've helped 2,000+ people heal faster than they thought possible.
From empaths, therapists, healers, and those in their 40's–90's whose nervous systems were stuck in “triggered mode” (fight / flight / freeze / fawn), often with stiff or guarded bodies. Many cases with chronic pain and fatigue, fibromyalgia and postural imbalances.
..as well as professional athletes, martial artists, and leaders in business.
They all have one thing in common... they have a body and they wanted to feel more at home in it to be more effective in their life.
Over the last 20 years, we've helped them build resilient nervous systems and free moving bodies, with our guidance and practices.
And in 2026, it could be your turn.
We only take on clients we know we can help.
It’s a small group, so I'm looking for the best fit here.
This won't work for you if you...
Are seeking quick fixes and not willing to look within.
Think laying on a bed of crystals will magically heal you.
Have tried 7 other healing modalities and 'they' were the problem.
Want to keep chasing healing and looking outside of you for answers.
Aren't ready to take 100% responsibility for your healing.
But if you...
Have a willingness to look within.
Have a meditation / Yoga / movement practice already, and want to go deeper (it's ok if you don't).
You’re ready to move past fixing symptoms to healing at a root-cause level.
Take direction well, and can follow an embodiment practice plan.
Know that you're the one who's going to get the results and earn the rewards.
Want to focus on thriving, not just surviving.
...This is where the body stops being the obstacle — and becomes the way.
We’ll do it with the perfect mix of: 1:1 support. Weekly practice sessions. Proven pathways. 30-Day embodiment programs. And personal guidance from me and my team.
The plan is simple...
Phase 1: Coming Back Into Your Body
Safety. Regulation. Trust.
The first phase is about helping you feel safe enough in your body to actually stay there.
We start with a 1:1 gameplan, to get clear on your 12-month goals and assess where your nervous system is right now.
From there, we map your body to one of the 9 Phases of Nervous System Healing, so you’re working with your capacity, not pushing past it. This is where most healing attempts go wrong — too much, too soon, for a system that’s already overwhelmed.
You’ll be guided through short daily neuro-somatic practices (10-15 minutes) designed to:
Drop you out of your head and back into your body
Calm your survival responses
Restore a felt sense of presence and safety
In the first few weeks, most people notice the same shifts:
The bracing starts to soften.
The nervous system settles.
The body feels less like a threat and more like somewhere you can live.
Through a mix of small group Zoom sessions and 1:1 support, we help your body release what it’s been holding — not by forcing change, but by creating the conditions where regulation can return naturally.
The first phase is about safety and re-establishing trust with your body, so healing doesn’t feel overwhelming or destabilizing.
The next phases are about becoming someone who has capacity — and builds the life they want from it.
Phase 2: Nervous System Capacity Building
From managing… to trusting your body.
Once regulation is present, the work shifts. This phase is about restoring balance to your body.
We start by identifying the single biggest pattern that's pulling your body out of balance using our Embodiment Focus Finder™. That gives us clarity on what your body needs.
From there, we build capacity in the areas that matter most for your body:
Expanding nervous system capacity so stress no longer knocks you offline
Rebalancing strength and energy so your body feels supported, not strained
Reawakening freedom of movement so you can move with ease and confidence
We guide you through clear 30-day embodiment programs so you know exactly what to practice each day, week, and month. No one-size-fits-all cookie cutters here.
You’re no longer guessing what your body needs.
You’re no longer cycling through random practices.
So Phase 2, is where your body stops being something you manage… and starts becoming something you can trust.
Phase 3: Strength, Freedom & Longevity
A body that stays strong, flexible, and moves freely as you age.
By this stage, your nervous system isn’t the bottleneck anymore. You’re regulated. Your body is back in balance.
Now the focus shifts to the long game. Building a body that stays strong, adaptable, and free as the years pass.
Every 4 weeks, we map your next Embodiment Gameplan™. We get together as a group on Zoom to identify your current body or nervous system constraint, choose the next area to focus on, and map out your next 30-Day Embodiment Program™. This keeps your practice aligned with where your body is now — so you continue building strength, capacity, and freedom without overwhelm or guesswork.
You’ll have ongoing personal guidance from me. Together, we track how your body is responding, refine your practice, and adjust load, movement, or focus so progress stays steady and sustainable. If something feels off, tight, or unclear, we correct early — before it becomes a pattern.
We run regular Neuro-Somatic Practice Sessions where you’ll be guided through practices that support long-term joint health, usable flexibility, strength, balance, and coordinated movement.
We’ve got a process for everything. You’ll have practices for your nervous system, emotional healing, chronic pain and fatigue, breathing, injury recovery, strength and flexibility, qi cultivation, and meditation. No reinventing the wheel. No random workouts. Just practices that meet your body where it is and help it adapt over time.
You’ll also have my guidance every step of the way. And if you get stuck, a quick post in the group will get you oriented and moving again.
The result:
You’re no longer trying to stop your body from breaking down.
You’re actively building a body that feels strong, fluid, and reliable — one that supports your life as you age, instead of limiting it.
That's phase 3.
In your first 30 days...
You wake up without that tight, braced feeling in your chest or jaw.
You notice emotions moving through instead of getting stuck or spiralling.
Chronic tight spots start softening instead of flaring up every few weeks.
You leave conversations feeling intact instead of drained.
You stop second-guessing whether you’re doing the “right” thing.
By 90 days...
You move through your day with less effort — walking, sitting, training, resting.
Your body feels lighter by the evening instead of more wound up.
Stressful moments don’t wipe you out for the rest of the day.
You recover faster after emotional intensity instead of carrying it for days.
Your body stops feeling fragile or unpredictable — and you can fully trust it again.
By this point, you’re no longer “working on yourself.” You’re living in a body that can hold your life.

Are willing to commit yourself to your healing.
Want to grow and explore the nature of who you really are.
Are friendly and coachable.

P.S. As soon as you decide, we'll get you access to the Nervous System Restoration Flow —
3 short guided practices, that
take 10 minutes or less
and are designed to bring your body back into safety, presence, and connection fast.
You’ll feel the shift before the program even begins.
FAQ's
Calls are recorded, so you don't need to be there live all the time.
Each session goes for 1-2 hours.
For the schedule, we have 2 sessions each week at:
Session 1: 8am AEST Thursday (works for US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)
Session 2: 5:30pm AEST Thursday (works for European timezones, Australia, New Zealand)
We don’t want your money if this doesn’t work for you. That’s why this guarantee exists — but it’s only for people who show up.
If you complete the onboarding process, attend at least 4 live sessions within your first 60 days, and genuinely engage with the practices — and you feel no shift whatsoever — we’ll refund your investment.
What we can’t guarantee is outcomes for those who don’t do the work. This program requires your participation. If life gets in the way before you’ve had the chance to genuinely engage, reach out and we’ll find a way forward — but the guarantee applies to those who have genuinely shown up.
As little as possible. Our goal is to bring the practice of connecting with your body into your daily life.
If consistency is a challenge, we start small with 5-10 min daily practices.
If you you're ready to cultivate yourself and your body to higher levels, practice for 30-60 minutes x 3-5 days per week will get you there.
